Seamless Fit
The seamless fit between the rim flange, vee-clamp and profiled gasket ensures longer life span of these components.
Support Spring

Vibration Amplitude Gauge
Each Tapis separator is equipped with a motion indicator on the base rim. This Amplitude Gauge provides the user with instantaneous readings of both the horizontal and vertical strokes, thus providing direct measurements of the amplitude of vibration. Once the user has established the optimum vibration point for the application, this Amplitude gauge allows for immediate checks to ensure that there has been no shifting or tampering of the weights.
Reading the Amplitude Gauge
While the separator is running, note where the lines appear to cross on each axis.
The reading of the vertical motion is 3.0mm/sec
The reading of the horizontal motion is 4.0mm/sec
